Product features :
Francis turbine has a simple structure, and its main components
include volute, seat ring, water guide mechanism, top cover, runner
wheel, spindle, guide bearing (see guide bearing of hydraulic
turbine), bottom ring, draft pipe, etc. See figure 1, where the
water flow direction is indicated at the same time. The volute is
the water inlet,Rotary oar and fixed oar mixing machine.

Piece, shape like snail shell, generally made of metal material,
circular section. The seat ring is placed between the volute and
the guide blade, which is composed of the upper ring, the lower
ring and some vertical columns, and is directly connected with the
volute. The column is airfoil shaped and cannot rotate. It is also
called fixed guide vane. The water guide mechanism is composed of
moving guide vane, speed regulating ring, crank arm, connecting rod
and other components. The runner is directly connected with the
main shaft (see the main shaft of the turbine), which is the
rotating part of this type of turbine. The runner is composed of
the upper crown, lower ring, drainage cone and a number of fixed
blades. The draft pipe is the discharge part of the turbine, which
leads the water flow from the outlet of the runner to the
downstream.
1.Francis turbine has the advantages of compact structure, high
efficiency and can adapt to a wide range of water head of turbine
type.
2.When the water flow through the turbine wheel, it enters to
radial, axial flow, so it is also called the radial axial flow
turbine;
3.Francis turbine is also called the Francis turbine. The water
flow from the surrounding radial inflow runner, then approximate
axial flow runner, runner by the crown, under the ring and the
blade;
4.It is applicable to the head from a range of 20 meters of up to
700 meters, has the advantages of simple structure, stable
operation, and high efficiency, but it is generally used in the
head in the range(50 to 400 meters). Single output from tens of KW
